A: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

A: We offer a variety of additional services, including professional pet grooming, daycare,  custom pet nutrition and pet transportation.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT


🐾 Must be over 4 months old for the cats and 3 months old for the dogs.


🐾 Fully groomed with well trimmed nails at least 2 days prior to check in date.


***Note: You can do this at home or to any grooming facility that you prefer, kindly bring proof such as receipt and/or photo/video with time & date stamp that full grooming has been done.

  We offer dry shampoo grooming for pets groomed 6 days prior to check in date.



🐾 Up-to-date vaccination with anti rabies shot.


🐾 Free of ticks and/or fleas. Tick&Flea regimen within a month prior to boarding is highly recommended.


🐾 Pre Assessment and Evaluation will be conducted prior to check in.


We reserved the right to refuse service, require room changes, removal of pet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in the hotel's sole discretion, the pet is considered aggressive, dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt hotel guests, has damaged hotel property, or for failure to abide by these policies.
